My name is Sathish Muneeswaran, and I believe sports and athletics should be a lifelong pursuit. They've shaped my passion for fitness and my commitment to helping people move better, perform better, and stay injury-free.

Backed by a Bachelor of Honours in Kinesiology, I apply a deep understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and exercise physiology to every program I design. My coaching philosophy centers on intelligent progression, long-term joint health, and building real, usable strength and conditioning.

I believe everyone has the capacity to become stronger than they were yesterday. With the right plan, consistency, and a bit of grit, meaningful progress is always possible.

An in-dept 90 min assessment for independent joint mobility, core stability and strength. After the assessment, an individual plan will be curated for optimizing results for lifestyle and performance

ONLINE COACHING

How It Works

Starting with initial consultation to discuss your goals, then a movement assessment via Zoom, you'll receive a customized program tailored specifically to your needs
